Chinese – 1 cup
Desi Ghee – 5 Table Spoon
Cardamom Powder – 1 T Spoon
Almonds – 10
Cashew – 10
Pistachio – 10
Saffron – 1 pinch
Recipe
Put ghee in a pan and heat it on low heat. After melting the ghee, add semolina to it and fry it till it becomes light brown.
During this time, put sugar and one cup of water in another vessel and keep it on the gas to make syrup.
Now take the saffron and grind it and put it in the syrup and dissolve it well with the help of a spoon. Meanwhile, keep running the semolina so that it does not stick to the bottom.
– Take dry fruits (cashews, almonds, pistachios) and cut their fine pieces. Put them in semolina and mix.
– It may take at least 10 minutes for semolina to cool well. Meanwhile, turn off the gas when the sugar syrup comes to a boil.
After sewing, add sugar syrup to it and mix the mixture well with the help of karchhi. After accelerating the gas flame, keep stirring the halwa continuously.
– It has to be run until the pudding starts leaving the edge of the pan. After cooking it at least 4-5 minutes, turn off the gas and cover the pan well.
– Now let the halwa cook a little more with the help of steam. Remove the lid after some time. Kesari semolina pudding is ready. You can garnish with dry fruits above the halwa.
