The police arrested the accused from near the house at 3 am on Sunday morning.
Additional Superintendent of Police Rajkumar Singh said that on the morning of June 4, the body of a young woman was found near the bed in Bara Samaspur village of Sakrauli police station. The woman's body was killed by hitting something near the neck with something. On the information, police station Sakrauli police, Jalesar and Avagarh police station in -charge along with SSP Shyam Narayan Singh also reached the spot. Apart from this, Forecink Team and Dog Squad also compiled evidence from the spot.
After inspecting the site of the incident, Sarvilans and SWAT team were deployed along with the police station Sakrauli for the revelations. On Sunday morning, with the joint effort of the three teams, the accused Rohit alias Arjun Kumar resident was caught near the house in village Takhavan.
The accused said that he loved the deceased Kajal for the last 3 years. Kajal had reduced to talk about the marriage being fixed and often her phone used to get busy. On June 4, talked till around 10 pm at night and then cut the call. Then he called several times but every time the phone kept busy. Angered, he left the house at night and walked about 2 kilometers and reached the girlfriend's house. When everyone was sleeping, he secretly entered Kajal's room and started trying to talk.
Kajal did not listen to her and started talking to her fiance through phone calls. Not only this, the girl pushed him ignoring him. Seeing this behavior of Kajal, he got angry and raised the scissors kept nearby and pressed Kajal's mouth and hit the ground and hit the neck until her breath stopped.
Did not allow marriage five times, but this time the accused agreed
Accused Rohit said that about 5 times in the last 3 years, Kajal's relationship was decided by the family at different places. Every time Kajal refused to marry the family. Once the marriage was confirmed and the goods used to go to Sawan had gone, but at the behest of Rohit, Kajal refused to marry. This time he agreed and just wanted to talk.
