Chelsea should find it rather easy to avoid a further UEFA ban and further financial punishment, having already been fined €31million (£26.7m).
A statement released last week stated that the Blues had failed to comply with the governing body's football earnings and squad cost rules. Chelsea will now be monitored for the coming years and face being banned from the Champions League next season if they are unable to provide a positive transfer balance by the end of the summer.
A second fine, totalling 60m euros (£51.2m), would also arrive if financial problems continue with their first punishment dished out because their squad cost ratio - the proportion of their income paid out in wages - was above 80 per cent.

In basic terms, Chelsea desperately need to sell players this summer especially with close to £150million spent to welcome Joao Pedro, Jamie Gittens, Liam Delap, Mamadou Sarr and Dario Essugo. The Sporting CP star's now former teammate Geovany Quenda will also arrive next summer for around £44million.
Though that will not go on the current books , it serves as a reminder for the need to continue selling players and there is a serious chance numerous exits could be sanctioned over the next seven weeks - with The Athleticproviding details on six players.
Noni Madueke was not up for sale this summer but Chelsea's not untouchable stance has seen Arsenal make an approach and even agree personal terms. The Blues want at least £50million and feel justified in demanding that after Newcastle agreed a £55million deal with Nottingham Forest for Anthony Elanga.
Christopher Nkunku, valued by the Blues at £35million, is another attacker that could depart with Bayern Munich once again looking at signing the Frenchman.
The Bundesliga champions are also looking at Renato Veiga with German outlet Bild stating that Chelsea want £35million to sell him this summer.
It has also been claimed there is a gentleman's agreement in place that allows Djorde Petrovic to leave for £25million. Sunderland, Aston Villa and Bournemouth have all been linked with the Serbia international already making it clear he wants to move elsewhere.
Carney Chukwuemeka is again of loan interest to Borussia Dortmund but Chelsea are said to prefer a permanent exit. He has a £40million release clause in his contract and as such that is what the Blues are demanding, however it is much more likely he is sold for a fee in the region of £15million - with that his current value on transfermarkt.
Lesley Ugochukwu is also worth that amount with Valencia showing an interest in the 21-year-old midfielder. If Chelsea can agree those six exits at the prices mentioned above, that will be £170million raised and enough to see them avoid a ban and bigger fine.
Joao Felix, Axel Disasi, Armando Broja, Raheem Sterling, Ben Chilwell and Alfie Gilchrist are others likely to depart permanently, at varying prices.
