Ashadha Purnima 2025: According to the Vedic calendar, Ashadha Purnima will start on July 10 at 01:36 am and will end on July 11 at 02:06 am. In such a situation, the festival of Ashadha Purnima will be celebrated on July 10. This day is considered very sacred and virtuous from the religious point of view. Especially the measures taken to get the blessings of Goddess Lakshmi on this Purnima are considered very fruitful. The day of Ashadha Purnima is considered the best to please Goddess Lakshmi and attain happiness, prosperity, and wealth in life. 1. Worship Shri Yantra

Install Shri Yantra on a red cloth on the morning of Ashadha Purnima. Purify it with Gangajal, milk, honey, and chant the mantra “Om Shreem Mahalakshmyai Namah” 108 times using a garland of lotus seeds. This is an effective way to invoke Goddess Lakshmi.

2. Perform joint worship of Lakshmi-Narayan

On this day, worship Lord Vishnu and Goddess Lakshmi together. Offer yellow and red flowers, bathe with Panchamrit, and light a lamp of sesame oil. This brings happiness, prosperity and peace in married life.

3. Keep a full moon fast and offer arghya to the moon

After keeping the fast, offer arghya to the moon at night by mixing milk, water, sugar and rice. This gives mental peace and removes financial obstacles.

4. Light a lamp on the Peepal tree

Light a lamp of sesame oil under the Peepal tree in the evening and do seven rounds while chanting the mantra “Om Namo Bhagwate Vasudevay”. This remedy calms Pitra Dosh and bestows Lakshmi’s blessings.

5. Donate to a girl or a Brahmin

Donate vermilion, yellow lentils, sweets, clothes, ghee etc. to a girl or a Brahmin. This virtuous remedy opens the way to attain Lakshmi.

6. Keep cowrie shells and lotus seeds in the safe

Worship 7 yellow cowries and 3 lotus seeds at night and keep them in the safe or place where you keep money with the Lakshmi mantra. This brings permanent financial gain.

7. Bring a new broom and recite Lakshmi Stotra

On this day, after cleaning the house, bring a new broom and remove the old one with devotion. Recite Shri Lakshmi Stotra or Shri Sukta in the evening. This ensures that Lakshmi remains in the house.
