First of all, save the DMRC WhatsApp number +91 9650855800 (for Delhi Metro) in your smartphone. If you are in another city, then check the official WhatsApp number of the metro service of that city.
After this, open WhatsApp and send Hi or Ticket to that number. Now select the route and station. The chatbot will give you some options like
From Station means where you are starting the journey. Second To Station means where you want to go, select the route of your journey. Select the date and time of travel. Write the number of tickets, i.e. for how many people you want to book.
Now you will get payment options like UPI, debit/credit card etc. Make payment as per your convenience. After payment, you will get a ticket with a QR code. You can start your journey by scanning this QR code at the entry gate of the metro station.
