Singer-actor Diljit Dosanjh has been in the news lately due to controversies around his recent film Sardar Ji 3, especially because Pakistani actress Hania Aamir featured in it. Following the Pahalgam attack, many Indians have expressed displeasure over Hania’s presence. Amidst this backlash, rumors spread that Diljit was dropped from Border 2 and No Entry 2. While Diljit had already confirmed his involvement in Border 2, he has now also put an end to the speculation about No Entry 2.
Diljit recently shared a video clearly showing him shooting with the Border 2 cast. The video also features No Entry 2 director Anees Bazmee and producer Boney Kapoor, confirming his continued role in the comedy sequel. The news of his exit was simply false.
In the video, Diljit’s voiceover humorously praises Anees Bazmee, calling him Bollywood’s “director of directors,” while Boney Kapoor jokingly refers to “No entry in Ishq Ki Gali.” Varun Dhawan and Ahan Shetty also appear alongside Diljit in the clip.
The rumors about Diljit leaving No Entry 2 arose due to alleged differences, but the producer clarified it was just a date clash issue. Along with Diljit, Arjun Kapoor and Varun Dhawan are set to lead the film. The lead actresses have not yet been officially announced.
Fans are thrilled to see Diljit continuing with No Entry 2, though some have also taken the opportunity to troll him online.
