Material (Mushroom Sandwich Recipe)
- Mushroom – 1 cup (finely chopped)
- Onion – 1 small (finely chopped)
- Green Chilli – 1 (optional, finely chopped)
- Black Pepper Powder – 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt – as per taste
- Olive oil/ghee – 1 tsp
- Paneer – 1 tbsp (grated)
- Bread slices – 4 brown bread
- Green coriander – for garnish

Method (Mushroom Sandwich Recipe)
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add onion and fry it till it becomes light golden.
- Now add green chili and chopped mushrooms. Cook for 4-5 minutes until the mushrooms become soft.
- Add salt and pepper to it. If you want, you can also add some cheese.
- Turn off the gas and allow the mixture to cool down slightly. Now spread this mixture on the bread slices and keep the second slices up and bake it on the toaster or pan.
- Bake from both sides until golden and crisp. Serve hot with green coriander sauce or tomato sauce.
