Makhane Creamy Kheer
To make it, heat 1 teaspoon of ghee in a pan. After this, add makhana to it and fry them on low flame till 5 to 7 minutes till it becomes crisp. When cooled, crush them thickly, some makhans can also leave the whole. Now boil milk in a pan. When the milk starts boiling, reduce the heat and cook it for 10 to 15 minutes until it becomes a little thick. Keep stirring in between, so that do not stick to the pan and do not come out.
Now add roasted and crushed makhana to it. Cook on low flame for 10 to 12 minutes. Now put a teaspoon of ghee in a small pan and fry dry fruits in it. Then put it in kheer. Also, you can add cardamom powder and saffron. Now add sugar as per your taste. Let it cook for 5 minutes. During this time, kheer may become a little thin, but after cool it will become thick.

Sago kheer saffron
To make this delicious dish, first of all, soak the sago in water for 5 to 6 hours or overnight. Keep in mind that the water should be so drowned. They will flower after soaking. After this you make it. To make it, take 2 tablespoons of hot milk and put saffron threads in it and keep it aside for 10 minutes. After this, keep the milk boiling according to your need. When it boils, add soaked sago to it. Keep it on low heat and keep stirring continuously so that do not stick to the pan or pot. Cook for about 15 to 20 minutes. Kheer will become thick. Now add sugar, cardamom powder and saffron milk as per taste, if you want, you can also get dry fruits. Let the kheer cook for a few minutes. Serve it hot or cold as per your choice.
Waterfall pudding
Heat ghee in a pan. Add water chestnut flour and fry it while stirring on low flame continuously. After frying properly, the flour will start to smell lightly and the color becomes light golden. Now slowly add water or milk and keep stirring it with it so that there is no lump in it. When the mixture becomes slightly thick, add sugar to it and mix. After the sugar dissolves, the pudding will become even more thick. Now if you want to this, you can add cardamom powder and dry fruit. When light ghee starts leaving and separates from the edges, turn off the gas and serve.
