
Distribution of 20th installment of PM Kisan Yojana
A pleasant news has emerged for millions of farmers associated with the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Nidhi Yojana (PM Kisan Yojana). According to reports, the government is planning to release the 20th installment of the scheme soon. It is being speculated that this installment can be transferred to farmers’ bank accounts in the third week of July.
Modi’s possible visit and installment distribution
According to sources, Prime Minister Narendra Modi can distribute this installment during his possible visit to Motihari, Bihar on 18 July. However, this installment date has not yet been officially confirmed. It is noteworthy that the last 19th installment was released in February 2025.
Necessary work before 20th installment
Before sending funds through DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) by the government, farmers should complete the necessary procedures like e-KYC, bank details and names in the beneficiary list, so that there is no problem of any kind.
How to check the name in the beneficiary list
Take the following steps to check your name:
- Go to the official website of PM-Kisan.
- Click on ‘Beneficiary List’ in ‘Kisan Corner’ on the homepage.
- Select state, district, sub-district, block and village.
- Click on ‘Get Report’ and see the list of beneficiaries of your village.
How to check the situation for self -registered farmers
Farmers who have registered themselves through the CSC center or portal can check their position in this way:
- Go to PMkisan.gov.in.
- In ‘Kisan Corner’, click on ‘Self Registered Farmer / CSC Farmers Status’.
- Enter the Aadhaar number and captcha.
- See the current status of your application.
Contact for errors
If your application has any mistake in e-KYC, bank details, Aadhaar matching or mobile number, contact your nearest POC. Without the correct information, the installment will not be able to reach your account.
E-KYC mandatory
It is mandatory to do e-KYC before every installment of PM Kisan Yojana. According to the website of the scheme, e-KYC is mandatory for PM farmers registered farmers. There are three ways to complete this:
- OTP based e-KYC: If your Aadhaar is connected to your mobile, you can go to the portal and do e-KYC through OTP.
- Biometric e-KYC: Go to your nearest CSC center for Aadhaar and fingerprint verification.
- Face Authentication: E-KYC facility is also available on CSC through facial identity for senior citizens and disabled farmers.
Careful things
- It is difficult to get the next installment without updating e-KYC and bank details.
- For official information, only rely on authentic sources like PMKISAN.Gov.in and PIB.
- Avoid rumors and confusing messages of social media.
