2. One or two glasses of water should be drunk first as soon as you wake up in the morning. Drinking water first in the morning clears the liver and digestion is also better.
3. It is beneficial to do Tadasana after drinking water. This stretching exercise straightens the spinal cord and helps to calm the brain.
4. In earlier times, teeth and gums were cleaned with mustard oil and salt. This used to remove yellow stains on the teeth and also caused tooth bacteria.
5. According to the rules of Ayurveda, 10 minutes of pranayama or any exercise should be the rule. By following it daily, a person can remain healthy.
6. In Ayurveda also, the importance of sun bathing has been emphasized. That is, sitting for a while in the morning sun. This gives the body vitamin D and strengthens bones.
7. Including vegetables, fruits and other things in food and drinking buttermilk at the end of the meal is intensified.
