Recently a new petition claimed that Humaira Asghar was reportedly murdered. According to news reports of ARY News a petition filed by Shahzaib Sohail in Karachi’s City Court brought a major change in the investigation of Humairas mysterious death. What did the petitioner say about Humairas death? As per the filed petition Shahzaib boldly claimed that Humaira was murdered and requested the court to inform Humairas parents about the investigation. Shahzaib reportedly highlighted the video evidence of the apartment and revealed Humairas estranged connection with her family. The petitioner highlighted significant confusion about Humairas body which led the Karachi city court to treat it as a criminal case. Police search for clues on Humaria Asghars death A report by The Express Tribune claimed that the police got hold of three mobile phones a tablet and a laptop. They were able to crack the passwords with the help of her diary. Now the police are thoroughly investigating personal chats and messages to see any signs to crack down on the mysterious death of Humaira Asghar. A forensic team has been set up to find any possibilities of blackmail. The team screened Humairas bank account which could indicate a potential threat or any kind of grey activity. What did Humarias parents say about their daughters autopsy report? As per several media reports Humairas decomposed body was said to be decaying for eight to nine months. Therefore extracting DNA from the body was an excruciating part. After several rounds of samples and tests the forensic team decided not to give their opinion so far with the decomposed body of Humaira it was difficult to jump to a conclusion. It is surprising to note that Humairas parents didnt take a legal step after their daughters decomposed body was found in her apartment. Humairas parents didnt seem bothered about their daughter going missing for months nor did they file a missing report. Her father Asghar Ali refused to comment on her daughters autopsy report.
