South Korean actress Kang Seo-Ha passed away on July 13 after a prolonged battle with stomach cancer. The actress was just 31 at the time of her demise. The news of her death was confirmed by a relative of the actress through a heartbreaking post on social media.
The post, showing countless moments of Seo-Ha, read, "I still can’t believe it, unnie... Even while you were enduring such immense pain, you worried about everyone else, about me. Even though you couldn’t eat for months, you insisted I pay with your card, making sure I never missed a meal — my angel who left too soon (sic)."
It further read, "Even while enduring it all with painkillers, you said you were grateful that it wasn’t worse — and I felt so ashamed... Unnie, you went through so, so much. Now, please be happy there, without pain! I gave the gift you gave me — the one you said would remind me of you — to grandma instead. But I’ll always carry you in my heart, in my everyday life (sic)."
"And next time, come back as my younger sister, okay? I’ll really take good care of you... Don’t worry — I’ll look after our crying aunt, uncle, and Wooki too! Please, live a peaceful, ordinary life now in that house by the sea you always wished for, together with our grandpas. Be happy, always! (sic)," the emotional post read.
"I love you so, so, so much. Thank you for coming into our family, for being my sister… I’m already missing you so much... I love you (sic)," the note concluded.
Kang Seo-Ha's funeral will take place on July 16, and she will be laid to rest at her family burial site in Haman, Gyeongnam Province.
