BLW Railway Apprentice 2025: Indian Railways has released a notification for recruitment to 374 posts under apprenticeship in Banaras Locomotive Works (BLW). Interested and eligible candidates can apply online by visiting apprenticeblw.in. This recruitment is for candidates of both ITI and Non-ITI categories.

A total of 374 posts will be recruited through this recruitment. Out of these, 300 posts are reserved for ITI holders and 74 posts for non-ITI candidates. All these posts will be filled under the apprenticeship category.

Educational Qualification
ITI candidates applying for Banaras Locomotive Works Recruitment should have an ITI certificate in the relevant trade along with a 10th pass. At the same time, non-ITI candidates must pass the 10th class with a minimum of 50% marks.

Talking about the age limit, the maximum age limit for non-ITI candidates has been fixed at 22 years, while the maximum age limit for ITI holders has been kept at 24 years. Reserved categories will get age relaxation as per the rules.

Application Fee
SC, ST, PH, and female candidates will not have to pay any kind of fee. At the same time, the application fee for all other categories is fixed at Rs 100.

Selection Process and Stipend
Candidates will be selected on the basis of the merit list. Selected candidates will have to undergo document verification and a medical test. Selected trainees will be given a stipend as per the guidelines set by the Railway Board or the Ministry of Labor.
