Material (Sabudana rabdi recipe)
- Sago – 1/2 cup
- Milk – 1 liter (full cream)
- Chinese – 1/2 cup
- Cardamom Powder – 1/2 teaspoon
- Saffron – Some threads
- Cashew, almonds, pistachios – 1–2 tablespoons (chopped)
- Ghee – 1 teaspoon

Method (Sabudana rabdi recipe)
- First of all, soak the sago in water for 2–3 hours, so that they swell and become soft.
- Boil the sago by adding some water to a pan until they become transparent. Then filter them and keep them aside.
- Add milk to a heavy bottom pan and cook on medium flame continuously until the milk remains 3/4.
- Now put the boiled sago in milk and let it cook on low flame for 10–12 minutes. Keep stirring in between so that it does not fall into the bottom.
- Now add sugar, cardamom powder and saffron threads. Cook 4–5 more minutes. Heat a little ghee in a small pan, fry chopped cashews, almonds and pistachios in it and put it in the rabri.
- Your delicious and nutritious sago rabri is ready. You can also eat it after cooling it in hot or fridge.
