Headache after workout: If you have a headache after occasionally exercise, then there is no concern. By paying some attention, it can be easily stopped. Many times people complain of tremendous headache after doing gym or workouts. It seems as if the body is more tired than getting relief from exercise. This headache can also be minor and sometimes fast or beating. The question is, why does a headache occur after exercise? Is it normal or a gesture of a serious sign? 1- Dehydration is the lack of water in the body

Method of prevention- Drink 1-2 glasses of water before and after exercise. Take drinks with electrolytes during long workouts.
2- Blood sugar level fall
If you did a workout on an empty stomach or ate anything for a long time, your blood sugar level can fall, which can cause weakness, dizziness and headache.
Method of prevention- Try a light breakfast 30-45 minutes before exercise- banana, oats or dry fruits. Avoid sugar -rich things, take a balanced diet.
3- Wrong posture or tension headac
If you exercise in the wrong posture during workouts, such as the wrong position of the neck or back, then there is more stress on the muscles and it causes headache.
Method of rescue- stay in the correct form while exercising. Never leave stretching and warmup. Avoid the movements that jerk the neck.
4- Overx or excessive tiredness
Sometimes exercising too much or sudden exercise increases stress on the body, causing external headc. It is usually felt after running, lifting heavy weight or high intensity workouts.
Method of prevention- Gently increase the amount and time of exercise. Cooldown and rest are necessary after every workout session.
5- Breath disturbances or lack of oxygen
If you are not breathing properly during the workout, the body does not get enough oxygen. This can affect the brain and may begin headache.
Method of rescue- Make a habit of breathing deep and balanced with every exercise. Pranayama and breathing exercises can help.
