According to Dimsum DailySheh was filming alongside her co-stars Hera Chan and James Ng. Due to the intense heat, Sheh was seen using a handheld fan during breaks to cool off, a sight that left onlookers impressed by her dedication and resilience in such harsh conditions.
Fans quickly took to social media to praise Sheh and her co-stars for their professionalism.
“TVB actors are truly dedicated,” one commenter wrote. “While we’re sweating in T-shirts and shorts, they’re in full winter gear!”
Another added: “She looks stunning, but it must be unbearably hot.”
Others were amazed at how the actors managed to perform without breaking a sweat in the blazing temperatures.
According to the Hong Kong Observatory, the city’s weather has been influenced by an anticyclone aloft, resulting in extremely hot conditions.
High temperatures are also triggering showers, and the Very Hot Weather Warning is currently in effect, with certain parts of the city expected to reach 37 degrees Celsius.
“The Queen of News 2” is expected to be released by the end of the year, with the team now focusing on completing the remaining scenes in Hong Kong.
Sheh, 50, is a graduate of the International Hotel Management Institute Switzerland, according to the South China Morning Post. She began her entertainment career after placing first runner-up in the 1997 Miss Hong Kong pageant and quickly gained fame with TVB, starring in hit series such as “War and Beauty,” “Beyond the Realm of Conscience,” and “Forensic Heroes.”
