Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) Of fast bowler Yash Dayal Has got a big relief from the Allahabad High Court in a case of sexual exploitation. The court has given him interim security from arrest. Dayal, who made headlines by performing brilliantly in the IPL, is now in legal crisis. A division bench of High Court Justice Siddharth Verma and Justice Anil Kumar has given him this temporary relief. This order will remain in force until the next hearing, which has given Yash relief for some time. This decision is considered to be a major relief for him among the legal process.

“No one can be fooled for five years”: Allahabad High Court

In the hearing held on Tuesday, the Allahabad High Court ordered no action against Dayal. The court also made some important comments about the matter. The court said, “You can cheat someone for 1-2 days, but can anyone cheat for 5 years?With this statement, the court expressed doubt on the complainant’s words.

The case is to the FIR lodged at Indirapuram police station in Ghaziabad on 6 July. The complaint was lodged under Section 69 of the Code of Justice of India, which is to the physical relationships made by deception. In the complaint, the woman alleged that Yash Dayal promised to marry, introduced her family and then emotionally, mental and physical abuse for a long time. He also said that when he raised questions about this relationship, he was killed and mentally tortured. The woman said that she had become economically and emotionally dependent on Yash and later she came to know that Yash also had a relationship with other women.

Yash Dayal’s legal strategy

This year, fast bowler Dayal, who has contributed significantly to the historic victory of Royal Challengers Bangalore in the IPL, has rejected all the allegations against him. He has said that he has full evidence to prove himself innocent. Yash Dayal has also taken an active step and filed a complaint against the woman in the Prayagraj police.

Dayal alleges that the woman stole her iPhone and laptop and lying and also took money from them. He has also produced objectionable evidence against the woman before the court. Dayal then demanded relief from the Allahabad High Court – in which he appealed to stop his arrest and cancel the FIR.

The court, while hearing Dayal’s petition, has sent notices to the Uttar Pradesh government, Ghaziabad police and the complainant. The court has demanded a reply from all the parties that Yash Dayal will be given interim relief from arrest until the next hearing is done and the answers are not received. This has given him a big relief at the moment.
