As soon as the monsoon season arrives, the digestive system of our body slows down a bit. In this season, the food deteriorates quickly due to moisture and humidity and increases the risk of stomach problems such as gas, indigestion and infection. Therefore, it is important that we change our food and drink wisely-especially in the bread eaten daily.
