Uric acid is a waste product present in the body, which is formed by the breakdown of a substance called purine. When its quantity increases in the blood, it accumulates in the joints and causes arthritis, swelling in the joints, pain and moving. How does celery reduce uric acid?
Detoxifying properties: Celery detoxes the body and helps the kidney to filter uric acid.

Anti-inflammatory properties: It reduces swelling and pain of joints.

Diauractic effect: Its diuretic properties are helpful in removing excess uric acid through urination.

Rich in antioxidants: It contains oil called thiamol which maintains digestion as well as maintains balance in the body.

The right time and way of celery
Celery water:

Put 1 teaspoon of celery in a glass of water and soak it overnight.

Drink this water on an empty stomach in the morning.

This causes the body detox and uric acid is controlled.

Roasted celery:

Fry half a teaspoon of celery lightly and take it with lukewarm water.

Drink once a day.

Celery decoction:

Boil 1 teaspoon of celery in 2 glasses of water, when the water remains half, filter and drink.

Can be drunk 3-4 times a week.

What not to do?
Avoid high-protein diet, such as red meat, sea food and beer.

Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water a day.
