
� IBM (IBM) opened its latest Agentic AI Innovation Center in its Bengaluru office. This center promotes co-construction and provides customers a practical experience working with autonomous AI agents. In the center, customers and partners can create AI agents, improve the small language model (SLM) to empower them, and can audit the entire process – these in all hours. Customers, partners and startups can find AI agents on IBM’s platforms and solutions. The Center and IBM’s agent AI strategy is at the center of the IBM WatsonX orchestrate, a solution that helps companies to form, deploy and manage all its AI agents and their assistants – and enable them to work on their existing technical structures.
This center will help customers, partners and startups adopt AI rapidly, promote co-policies and empower developers through practical education and cooperation with IBM AI experts. Developer hangouts and AI accelerator days will be organized for continuous engagement with the community to promote intensive engagement for learning and building solid results about the latest progress in AI technology.
Inaugurating this facility, Dinesh Nirmal, Senior Vice President of IBM Software, said, “We are entering a new era of AI – an era that is defined by intelligent agents who not only help but also work, adapt and support. A recent survey conducted by IBM in collaboration with Oxford Economics suggests that AI is now a major driver of financial performance. The study found that Indian business leaders are playing a leading role globally in adopting AI in the main commercial functions. Remarkable, 78% of Indian officials believe that the largest value of agentic AI lies in improving the ability to make decisions. Additionally, 78% of Indian leaders are actively encouraged to experiment with agent AI tools – which outlines a strong culture of innovation and visionary leadership.

To highlight its full capacity and realize the vision of developed India, Indian enterprises will have to deepen their understanding and focus on matters of high-effects.
