Almond pudding recipe
First step- First soak 100 grams almonds in water overnight. Now heat the water lightly in the morning with almonds. This will make the work of peeling almonds very easy. Almond peels will separate as soon as you put your hand.

Second step- Peel and keep all the almonds and grind it in a mixer jar. You can also use 2 teaspoons of water to grind almonds. Keep in mind that it does not have to grind too much thin paste. If the almond pudding is made light coarse, then grind it accordingly.

Third step- Now put 3-4 teaspoons of ghee in a pan and add ground almonds and fry it while stirring until it turns brown. Now mix 1 cup of milk in it and mix it. For color, add saffron soaked in almond pudding.

Fourth step- Add sugar in almond pudding according to sweetness and keep frying continuously. After running for a while, almond pudding will start leaving ghee. On this stage, add ground cardamom to the pudding and mix it. Hot hot almond pudding is ready.

Fifth step- The body will get strength as soon as almond pudding is eaten. If you are a fast, then eat this pudding only 1 time a day, you will continue to get plenty of energy and will not be hungry. People whose body is weak must eat almond pudding.
