If the amount of fiber in your diet is low, then you may have to face many serious diseases to the stomach in the coming time. Doctors have recently issued a warning on this. He says that due to dependence on urban lifestyle and fast food, the amount of fiber in people’s food is decreasing rapidly, which is affecting the digestive system badly.

Dr. explains that the fiber is very important to run the digestive process smoothly. This not only keeps the bowel movement regular, but also protects against serious problems like intestinal cleaning, gas, acidity, constipation, and even colon cancer.

“Nowadays most people depend on fast food, processed food and sugar -rich foods, which are negligible,” said Dr. Gupta. “This is increasing problems like constipation, blotting, stomach pain, and irritable bowl syndrome.”

According to experts, a healthy adult requires about 25–30 grams of dietary fiber per day. It is mainly obtained from whole grains, fruits, green vegetables, beans, pulses and dry fruits. But most of Indians have less than 15 grams of diet.

According to the report, due to frequent fiber deficiency, the digestive system slows down, causing toxins to accumulate in the body and can also cause other diseases like skin problems, headaches, fatigue.
