Importance of data in the success of government schemes

Chandigarh News: The success of any government scheme depends on the quality of the data used in its construction. When plans are based on real and accurate figures, they set new standards.

The Department of Earth and Statistical Affairs has an important role in the construction of welfare schemes of the Haryana Government.

These views were expressed by Manoj Kumar Goyal, Director of Earth and Statistical Affairs Department in the training program of trainee officers of Indian Statistical Service at the headquarters of the department today. He informed that during this training, trainee officers will know in detail about the schemes, policies and process of implementation of Haryana.

Lucky Arora, the nodal officer of the program, informed that a 5 -day area experience program for 4 Indian Statistical Service officials is being organized by the Government of India. This program is being organized in collaboration with the Ministry of Statistical and Program Implementation and the Department of Haryana and the Department of Haryana. In this program, the trainee officers will be provided detailed information about the works to be done by the department.
