Social media influencer Naila Raja has finally broken her silence to categorically deny rumors about an alleged affair with Pakistani cricketer Imad Wasim.

Recently, rumors spread on social media claiming that Imad Wasim’s marriage with his wife Sania Ashfaq was troubled due to his supposed affair. Some users shared a video from London showing Imad Wasim walking with a woman, alleging that the woman was Naila Raja. This led to a wave of criticism against Imad Wasim, with users calling him unfaithful and condemning the act as shameful, especially since his wife is reportedly pregnant.

While Imad Wasim has not responded to these rumors, Naila Raja addressed the issue in a detailed post on her Instagram. She stated that the matter had gone too far and that she felt compelled to speak out.

Naila clarified that the video and story in question were shared by herself on her Instagram and that there was nothing secretive about it. She questioned how a simple social media story could be blamed for someone’s divorce. She further added that in their society, honor is always associated with women, but nobody thinks about a woman’s own dignity and respect.

Criticizing societal attitudes, Naila said that people live in a society where they are always ready to judge others without context, just to prove themselves morally superior. She highlighted that such mindsets lead to severe problems like honor killings and violence.

Naila explained that the video being talked about was filmed outside a glasses shop in London, and the person who recorded it focused on just one angle, ignoring other people present.

As a public figure, Naila acknowledged that some criticism is inevitable but appealed to people not to drag her into matters she is not involved in. She also revealed that her brother has been receiving threatening messages urging him to “control” his sister. Expressing her anger, she said she is a woman who has built her life with dignity, hard work, and self-respect.

It is worth noting that this is not the first time Imad Wasim has faced allegations of inappropriate relations. Previously, he was linked with an Afghan woman, and pictures of the two went viral on social media.
