Distance from smoking and alcohol: These habits damage the arteries and increase the risk of heart failure.
Reduce stress: Meditation, deep breaths and adequate sleep can reduce stress.
Regular medical checkup: Get blood pressure, sugar and cholesterol tested periodically.
Take medicines on time: If there is any heart disease, then take medicines mentioned by the doctor regularly.
