Hero MotoCorp has decided to discontinue the entrylevel Karizma XMR 210, as it has been removed from the company website. The Base trim was priced at Rs 1.81 lakh, exshowroom. Now the sports tourer is only available in two variants — Top and Combat. In April this year, the twowheeler manufacturer updated the Karizma XMR 210 with improved hardware and features, which are now standard in the bike.

Hero Karizma XMR 210: Features

Being one of the premium nameplates from Hero, the Karizma XMR lacked some features and was criticised for it. The company took heed and updated the motorcycle with some crucial tweaks. It replaced the jadedlooking LCD dash with a TFT display. The instrument cluster has over 35 features like smartphone connectivity, turnbyturn navigation, receiving calls and SMS, an automatic dayandnight display function, a gear indicator, an ABS indicator, ABS modes and much more. It also allows the rider to have sound system controls.

Based on a trellis frame, the Karizma XMR rides on 17inch allblack alloy wheels with a 300 mm front disc brake and a 230 mm disc brake at the rear with dualchannel ABS. The biggest update is that the Karizma now comes standard with upsidedown front forks with a gascharged monoshock.

It has a tall seat height of 810 mm and a ground clearance of 180 mm. Apart from this, the Karizma has a fuel tank capacity of 11 litres. The motorcycle has all LED lights, including the indicators. The motorcycle is available in four colours — Combat Edition, Iconic Yellow, Matte Phantom Black and Turbo Red.
