Toyota Urban Cruiser EV: Specifications
The Urban Cruiser EV is based on the Maruti Suzuki e Vitara. It is 4,285 mm long, 1,800 mm wide and 1,640 mm tall with a wheelbase of 2,700 mm. With a battery tucked in underneath the floor, the Toyota EV SUV has a ground clearance of 180 mm. We take a quick look at how the EV’s measurements compare to its petrol and hybrid version, the Urban Cruiser Hyryder. It is 4,365 mm in length, 1,795 mm in width, 1,645 mm in height and has a wheelbase of 2,600 mm.

The bigger 61 kWh battery comes in two versions — a singlemotor frontwheel drive and a dualmotor AWD. The former makes 172 bhp and 189 Nm while the topoftheline model produces 181 bhp and 300 Nm of torque.
Detik Oto, an Indonesian website, has reported that the Urban Cruiser EV is expected to offer a driving range of around 400 km from the 61 kWh battery frontwheel drive, while the dualmotor version returns 350 km of range.
