3/4 teaspoon salt
1 tbsp butter
3 cup whole wheat flour

1/2 teaspoon yeast
Water as required
4 teaspoons yogurt
Take a bowl and add yeast, sugar and water to it. Then, add 1 cup of flour and mix it in the yeast mixture.
Cover it and keep it for 45 minutes. Add the remaining flour, salt, butter and curd.
Knead it soft and smooth dough. Cover the dough and keep it for 25 to 30 minutes.
After this, divide the dough into a circle and keep it aside for 20 minutes. Sprinkle flour on the dough and sprinkle some fennel on it.
With the help of a cylinder, roll the ball into the shape of the naan.
Then heat a pan and keep a naan on it. Flip it
And when you see some bubbles on the naan,
So lift it with the help of tongs and keep the ripening surface towards the first fire.
Flip it to cook on both sides and make sure it does not burn too much
When brown spots start appearing on the naan, take it off the heat. Butter naan is ready to serve.
Apply butter on the naan and serve hot with delicious curry.
