
Actor Parag Tyagi has been penning emotional tributes to his late wife Shefali Jariwala ever since her untimely demise on June 27. On Saturday, marking a month since her passing, Parag took to Instagram to share a touching post on behalf of Shefali’s beloved pet, Simba, remembering the special bond between Shefali and her furry companion.
Parag Tyagi's Heartfelt Message For Shefali
Parag posted a video collage featuring Shefali and Simba, capturing their beautiful moments together. The note, written as though from Simba, called Shefali the "bestest Maa in the universe."
It read, "Simba to mom – to the bestest maa in the universe. Pari loves her baby Simba the most and Simba loves her mom the most."
The emotional message continued, "Today it’s been one month Simba hasn’t seen you physically but he can feel you and your presence around him, he can feel your love your presence your affection all around him. Mom stay happy stay blessed. I love you eternally. Keep praying and keep loving my mom… lots of love to all wonderful friends – Simba Jariwala Tyagi (red heart emoji). #shefalijariwala #bestmomever."

Remembering Shefali Jariwala
Shefali Jariwala, best known for her iconic appearance in the 2002 remix track Kaanta Laga, tragically passed away at the age of 42. She was rushed to Bellevue Multispeciality Hospital by Parag but was declared dead on arrival. An accidental death report has been registered by the Mumbai Police in connection with her demise.
Her journey in the entertainment industry
Shefali rose to fame in 2002 with Kaanta Laga, a remix of the classic Lata Mangeshkar track from the 1972 film Samadhi. Over the years, she appeared in several television reality shows, including Bigg Boss 13 (2019) and Nach Baliye (seasons 5 and 7), where she participated with Parag. She also featured in the 2004 film Mujhse Shaadi Karogi alongside Salman Khan and Akshay Kumar.
