Lotte Wubben-Moy has an Olympicstar backing her all the way as the Lionesses gear up for the Women's Euro 2025 final. Sarina Wiegman's side left it as late as possible on Tuesday evening, coming from behind against Italy to reach their third consecutive final under the Dutch boss.

Barbara Bonansea scored what looked to be the winner in the first half, but the Lionesses hit back in the 96th minute through super sub Michelle Agyemang. A foul on Beth Mead by Emma Severini in the last minute of extra-time then handed Englanda penalty, and despite Chloe Kelly's effort being saved by Laura Giuliani, the Arsenal star tapped home the rebound to send the Lionesses into the final against Spain.

Wubben-Moy was one of many who watched on anxiously from the bench. Despite having played zero minutes so far at this year's Euros, the English defender is ready for Wiegman's call-up at any time.

Who is Lotte Wubben-Moy's boyfriend Tao Geoghegan Hart?

Hart is a British cyclist who currently rides for Lidl-Trek, having previously competed for Team Sky and Ineos Grenadiers. The 30-year-old became the fifth - and youngest - Brit to win a grand tour at the Giro d'Italia in 2020.

In the major race, Hart outsprinted the likes of Wilco Kelderman and Jai Hindley to win various stages and ended up securing the overall title with an impressive performance and a slim lead of just 39 seconds on the final day.

Hart's most recent experience at the Giro d'Italia wasn't as impressive, however, as he was forced to abandon the race after coming off his bike in slippery conditions at stage 11. The Brit was involved in a horror crash 68km from the end, and was stretchered into an ambulance after hitting the ground.

Posting on X after the incident, he said: "I’m devastated this is how my Giro ended. Thank you all for your messages and support. I was so excited about the remainder of this race and loving every minute of it. Arrivederci @giroditalia."

The cyclist required surgery following a left hip fracture, as then-team Ineos released a statement on the crash. They said: "After further assessment, imaging confirmed that Tao had sustained a fracture of the left hip which will require surgery.

"Tao, the thoughts and best wishes of all your fellow Grenadiers are with you tonight. We wish you a speedy recovery and know you have what it takes to come back even stronger!"

Hart also competed at the Tokyo Olympics, representing Team GB in the men’s road race and time trial alongside then-team-mate Geraint Thomas. He didn't finish the road race and came 29th in the time trial.

How long have they been dating?

Wubben-Moy and Hart have been in a relationship since 2021, after going public with their romance in March of that year. Since then, the couple have shared several posts of one another on social media, including the England defender wishing her boyfriend good luck for the Giro d'Italia in 2023.

Writing on Instagram, the 26-year-old said: "A smile, a wink and off you go into the depths of Italy. From E5 to the 6602, issa @girdotalia time. Head smooth like a calzone, a pie isn't aero after all. go well amore xx."

Wubben-Moy created a special memory for her boyfriend's family during a Euro 2025 qualifier last year, when she walked out hand-in-hand with Hart's younger sister Billie before a 1-1 draw with Sweden.

Posting his heartfelt thanks to his beau on Instagram alongside a picture of the sweet moment, Hart said: "Thankyou @lottewubbenmoy for ensuring my beautiful sisters can never find limits to their dreams.

"You are such an amazing role model to them and so many girls and young women all over the country. Hope you won’t ever forget this experience Billie, walking to an adoring crowd at Wembley this evening. Incredible."

Speaking to the Guardianafter the match, Wubben-Moy said: "It’s a very special feeling for both me and my family. I had my partner’s little sister walking out with me so that was super special."
