Material (Sweet Corn Soup Recipe)

  • Sweet Corn – 1 cup (boiled)
  • Carrots – 1 small (finely chopped)
  • Cabbage – 1/4 cup (finely chopped)
  • Beans – 1/4 cup (finely chopped)
  • Butter/Oil – 1 Table Spoon
  • Water or vegetable stock-1-2 cups
  • Cornfallor – 1 table spoon (dissolved in water)
  • salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder – as per taste
  • Soya Sauce – 1/2 Tspoon

Method (Sweet Corn Soup Recipe)

  1. Heat butter in a pan and add all the finely chopped vegetables to it. Fry for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Now add boiled sweet corn. (Grind a little part and mix in the form of a paste so that the soup becomes thick.)
  3. Now add water or vegetable stock and boil for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Dissolve the cornflor in water and pour it in the soup and cook for 2-3 minutes while stirring continuously so that the soup becomes slightly thick.
  5. Now add salt, pepper and soy sauce according to taste. Serve hot.
