- Milk – 500ml
- Vanilla custard powder – 2 tbsp
- Sugar – 3 tablespoons (according to taste)
- Apple – 1 (cut into small pieces)
- Banana – 1 (chopped)
- Grapes – 10-12
- Pomegranate – 2 tablespoons
- Mango – 1/2 cup (chopped)

step 1:
First of all, boil the milk in a heavy bottom vessel. When the milk is lukewarm, add sugar to it and mix it well.
Step 2:
In a small bowl, mix the custard powder with 3–4 tbsp of cold milk so that there are no lumps.
Step 3:
Now slowly add the custard powder solution into the boiling milk and keep stirring continuously so that no lumps are formed in the milk.
Step 4:
Cook on low flame for 3–4 minutes until the custard thickens a little. Then turn off the gas and let it cool.
Step 5:
When the custard cools completely, add chopped fruits to it.
Step 6:
Now keep it in the fridge for 1–2 hours so that it chills well.
Serving Tips
- Serve it chilled and if you want, you can also add dry fruits or chocolate syrup on top.
- You can also make this for children’s birthdays.
