
The Indian auto market is set to witness a blast of high-profile launches in August 2025, with major manufacturers like Mahindra, Renault, Mercedes-Benz, and MG introducing new models across segments. From electric SUVs and facelifted compacts to luxury coupes and MPVs, this month promises to redefine choices for Indian consumers.
According to carwale.com, Mahindra will release new models and introduce concepts on August 15, 2025, such as a new SUV platform and possibly the Scorpio N EV (teased as Vision S) and the new generation of the Mahindra Bolero.
The firm has also teased four new SUV concepts, possibly called Vision T, Vision S, Vision SXT, and Vision X, for this event, which has been tagged "Freedom_Nu". The launch for the platform is anticipated to take place on August 15, 2025.
Scorpio N EV (Vision S)- This will be a vision for an electric model of the Scorpio N.
New-Generation Mahindra Bolero: This new Bolero is said to go on sale on August 15th and could be named the "Thar Sports". It will reportedly boast independent rear suspension and flush-type door handles.
Renault is slated to introduce the Renault Kiger facelift 2025 in India on August 23, 2025. Besides, although not a new introduction, Renault India made the announcement for the launch of the Renault Triber in August 2019, with the bookings commencing on August 17th and the formal launch on August 28th, 2019.

According to carwale reports, Renault Kiger 2025- Renault Kiger facelift will be launching on August 23, 2025, at a price of Rs. 6 Lakh.
Renault Triber (2025 Facelift): the 2025 Triber is likely to get cosmetic updates, a redesigned dashboard, and possibly add-ons such as an 8-inch touchscreen and a 360-degree camera.
Mercedes-Benz CLE Cabriolet, GLC 43 Coupe AMG to be Launched .
Mercedes-Benz is introducing the AMG CLE 53 4MATIC+ Coupe in India on August 12, 2025. The performance coupe is a big addition to the AMG portfolio and is designed to create a two-door niche for Mercedes-Benz by replacing both the C-Class and E-Class coupes.
Highlights about the Mercedes-AMG CLE 53 4MATIC+ Coupe
Engine And Performance: It will be driven by a 3.0-liter inline-six twin-turbo motor with a 48V mild-hybrid system, good for 449 bhp and 560 Nm of torque (with an extra 40 Nm available through overboost). It should go from 0-100 km/h in 4.2 seconds, with a top speed of 250 km/h (270 km/h with the optional AMG Performance Package).
Design: The coupe will have aggressive AMG design, such as wider fenders, a unique AMG-specific grille, and a quad-exhaust configuration at the back.
Interior: The interior will borrow items from the CLE Cabriolet, such as a 12.3-inch digital driver's display and an 11.9-inch infotainment touchscreen, but will come with an AMG-specific flat-bottom steering wheel with red stitching and Alcantara trim.
Market Position: It will be priced higher than the outgoing C-Class Coupe and will take on models such as the BMW M2 and Audi RS5 in the Indian market.
Launch Context- This launch is within the scheme of Mercedes-Benz India's eight new launches planned for 2025 and follows the launch of the CLE 300 Cabriolet in August last year.
