1/2 tsp garam masala

1/2 tsp chaat masala

1/2 tsp black pepper powder

2 tbsp roasted gram flour (to bind the kebabs)

Salt to taste

Butter or ghee for grilling

Here is how to make soya malai kebabs:

Soak the soya: First, soak the soya granules in lukewarm milk for about 15 minutes. When they puff up nicly, remove them from the milk and squeeze them gently to remove all the excess milk.

Prepare the mixture: In a large bowl, add the soaked soya granules, grated paneer, hung curd, fresh cream, chopped green chillies, ginger-garlic paste, all the spices (garam masala, chaat masala, black pepper poder) To taste, and roasted gram flour.

Knead the dough and let it rest: Mix all these ingredients and knead a soft dough. Keep it aside covered for 20 minutes so that all the flavors mix well.
