Bravo has unveiled a teaser for the 12th season of Vanderpump Rules, marking a new chapter for the long-running reality series. The preview, shared on July 25 via X, comes eight months after the network confirmed plans to reboot the show.
In the clip, Lisa Vanderpump is shown placing a “Help Wanted” sign at SUR, accompanied by a voiceover noting that while the faces have changed, her rules remain the same. The teaser ends with the phrase, “It’s time for a shift,” while also indicating that the season will arrive “soon,” though an official release date has not been set.
Bravo’s press announcement described the incoming cast as a group of tightly connected SUR employees, with dynamics as intricate as those of the original ensemble. Specific cast members have yet to be revealed.
Reflecting on the show’s evolution, Vanderpump expressed gratitude for the past 12 years of filming, noting the laughter, tears, and experiences shared. She added that in the restaurant world, one shift naturally gives way to another, toasting the arrival of a new generation of Vanderpump Rules.
Alex Baskin, executive producer at 32 Flavors, said the reboot builds upon the series’ established legacy. He added that the team looks forward to audiences meeting a fresh group of co-workers and friends navigating life together.
