Easy recipe for saffron tea (Kesar Chai Recipe)
Material
- Milk – 1 cup
- Water – ½ cup
- Tea leaf – 1 tsp
- Sugar – as per taste
- Saffron-5-6 fibers
- Cardamom – 1 (crushed, optional)
Method
- First of all, put water and milk in a pan and heat it.
- Add tea leaves and sugar to it.
- Now add cardamom and saffron fibers to it. (Soak saffron in light warm milk 1-2 minutes before, color and taste comes better.)
- Now boil it on low flame for 5-7 minutes so that all the tastes dissolve well.
- Sieve the tea and add it to the cup and serve it hot.
