Bhog of Nag Panchami: Make Rice Kheer in Prasad!
On the day of nag panchami, devotees offer milk to the idols of the snake god. Along with this, rice kheer is also offered, which is considered very dear to the snake god. This sweet and delicious dish is prepared with rice, raisins, almonds, pistachios and milk.
Easy method of making kheer:
First, Boil Rice and Milk Togetra in a Pan.
Cook on a low flame till the rice is cooked well and the milk thickens.
Now add cardamom powder, sugar and raisins and mix well.
Keep stirring it continuously Till the Sugar Dissolves Completely.
Add chopped almonds and pistachios on top for garnishing.
