Palak Paneer Paratha Recipe:  If you are bored of eating the same potato parathas, then try this delicious paratha made of spinach and paneer. Apart from being healthy, it is very easy to make on working days.

This paratha is not only rich in fiber and iron, but the protein-rich stuffing of paneer makes it perfect for children as well. Let’s know the easy recipe to make this delicious paratha.

Ingredients

To knead the dough

  • Wheat flour –  2 cups
  • Spinach –  1 cup
  • Salt –  as per taste
  • Ajwain –  1/2 tsp
  • Oil –  1 tablespoon (for kneading)

For the stuffing

  • Paneer –  1 cup (grated)
  • Green chilli –  1 finely chopped
  • Black pepper powder –  1/4 tsp
  • Chaat masala –  1/2 tsp
  • Salt –  as per taste
  • Coriander leaves –  1 tablespoon finely chopped

How to make Palak Paneer Paratha – Know the Step by Step Recipe

step 1:

Boil the spinach lightly, then add some water in the mixer and make a fine paste.

Step 2:

Now add wheat flour, salt, celery and spinach paste in a large vessel and knead soft dough. Now keep it covered for 10 minutes.

Step 3:

To prepare the stuffing, mix green chillies, black pepper, chaat masala, salt and green coriander in paneer.

Step 4:

Now take a dough ball, roll it, fill paneer stuffing in the centre, close it slowly and roll the paratha. Step 5: Heat the pan, apply ghee or butter on both the sides of the paratha and fry it till it turns golden.

Step 6:

When the paratha becomes crispy and light brown, take it out in a plate.

Serving Tips

  • You can serve this paratha hot with curd and green chutney.
  • You can also keep it in children’s tiffin.
  • You can put a small cube of butter on top, the taste will double.
