Know what AIIMS expert said
Let me tell you, Dr. Pramod Garg, HOD of Gastroenterology and Enterology of Delhi AIIMS has given information in a press conference on Fatty Liver. Here Dr. Garg said that hepatitis means that there are many reasons for liver. This problem is constantly increasing among the people and the WHO says that this problem should be abolished by the year 2030, about which we are constantly making people aware. In today’s time, there is also a risk of liver cancer due to excessive consumption of alcohol and it is more among those who have cirrhosis in the liver.
If there is liver damage for about 10 to 20 years, then the risk of liver cancer is high in it. The reason for this remains when your liver becomes very bad. Excessive intake of alcohol can increase fat in the liver, swell, which can also cause cirrhosis. At present, more cases of liver problems are being seen in India due to excessive consumption of alcohol, earlier there were not so many cases.
What causes hepatitis disease
Let me tell you, many reasons are responsible for hepatitis i.e. fatty liver disease. The first reason is the infection of the virus, causing inflammation in the liver. The second reason is the excessive consumption of alcohol, which increases fat in the liver, so that metabolism does not work properly. The third reason is to increase obesity in the liver i.e. more fat and fat. The body is more responsible for increasing fatty liver, there is increased weight and obesity of the body. As the amount of our food is high, fat and sugar increase in food, then it increases fat.
Obesity is due to increasing obesity after more food, that physical activity decreases. In today’s time many people do not do their own work. Living a mechanical life has a bad effect on health. Sitting after eating, which increases obesity after more food and goes into the liver obesity.
Fatty liver is caused by unhealthy diet
Here Dr. Garg says that if your diet does not have nutritious elements, then it is not good for health. Fatty liver problem increases due to taking unhealthy diet. If you sit throughout the day, then the food is unable to digest, which later goes to the liver and starts the problem of fatty liver. The problem increases by including sugar and fat things in the diet. Instead, you should also consume fruits and vegetables daily. It is better for health.
