Ingredients for making Tandoori Paneer Tikka

Paneer – 250 grams (cut into cubes)

Capsicum – 1 (cut into pieces)

Onion – 1 (cut into thin square pieces)

Curd – 1/2 cup (hung curd would be better)

Ginger-garlic paste – 1 teaspoon

Red chilli powder – 1 teaspoon

Turmeric – 1/4 teaspoon

Coriander powder – 1/2 teaspoon

Garam masala – 1/2 tsp

Chat masala – 1/2 tsp

Kasuri methi – 1/2 teaspoon

Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon

Mustard oil – 1 teaspoon

 

Salt – as per taste

 

How to make Tandoori Paneer Tikka

Tandoori Paneer Tikka is a great snack which is quite popular. To prepare it, first cut the paneer into big pieces. Now put curd in a bowl and add ginger-garlic paste, red chili, turmeric and mix it. After this, add coriander powder, garam masala, chaat masala, kasuri methi, lemon juice, salt and mustard oil and mix well. The marination paste for tikka is ready.

 

 

Now add pieces of paneer, onion and capsicum to this prepared paste. After this, mix the ingredients lightly. Make sure that every piece gets coated well. Now cover the entire material and let it marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.

 

Tandoori paneer tikka can be prepared in many ways. For the tawa method, heat a non-stick pan and add some oil. Fry the marinated paneer and vegetables on both sides until golden brown. If you want to make the tikka in the oven, put paneer and vegetables on skewers and bake at 200°C for 15-20 minutes. Air fry at 180°C for 12-15 minutes. Serve hot paneer tikka with onion rings, lemon and green chutney.
