2 Tablespoons Cornflour
1 tablespoon rice flour
Salt (according to your taste)
½ teaspoon black pepper powder
½ teaspoon red chilli power
Oil for Frying
For garnishing:
Finly chopped onion
Finely Chopped Capsicum
Lemon Juice (Optional)
Chaat masala (optional)
An easy way to make
First, Boil The Sweet Corn and then Cool It. Alternatively, you can also use frozen sweet corn from the packet.
Now, put boiled corn kernels in a large vessel. Add cornflour, rice flour, salt, black pepper powder, and red chilli power and mix well. Ensure that the masala and flour are honestly applied to Each Grain.
Heat oil in a pan. When the oil is well heated, reduce the flame. Now, slowly add corn kernels to the oil.
Fry the corn until it becomes golden and crispy. Make sure not to add too much corn, otherwise it will not fry well.
Place the fried corn on a plate lined with tissue paper. This will remove their extra oil.
Now take the fried crispy corn in a bowl. Add finly chopped onion, capsicum, a little lemon juice and chaat masala and mix well.
Your hot and spicy crispy corn is ready! Serve them Immedited and Enjoy this Amazing Taste.
Tip: If you want to make crispy corn a little spicier, add finly chopped green chillies to it.
