For how many people – 2

1 – 1 cup boiled sweet corn

2 – 1 small potato

3 – 1 small onion

4- Tomato

5 –1 green chili

6 – 2-3 tablespoon green coriander

7 – 1/2 teaspoon black salt

8 – 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder

9 – 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder

10 – 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala

11 – 1 tablespoon lemon juice

12 – 1/4 cup save

13 – 2 tablespoon tamarind chutney

14 – 2 tablespoon green chutney

Method :

step 1 –Boil the sweet corn by adding some salt to the pressure cooker or pan. If you are using frozen corn, soak it in warm water for 2-3 minutes and then drain the water.

Step 2 –After this, boil the potatoes and cut it into small pieces.

Step 3- Now finely chop onion, tomato, green coriander and green chillies.

Step 4 After this, add boiled sweet corn, chopped potatoes, onions, tomatoes and green chillies in a large bowl.

Step 5 –Now add black salt, cumin powder, red chili powder, chaat masala and lemon juice and mix well. If you want, you can also add a little tamarind sauce and green chutney to it.

Step 6 -Remove the chaat in a serving bowl and add green coriander and sev on top.
