Taste and nutrition filled with cold-cold milk shake

Healthy Milkshake Recipes: The throat often dries up in the humid weather. In such a situation, we need energy drinks. But not everyone is so proficient in making it. Then why don’t we make a recipe of shake full of taste and nutrition.

Material: Mango pieces 1 cup, honey 2 tbsp, cardamom powder ½ small
Spoon, cold milk 1 glass.
Method: Take a jar of the mixer, add mango pieces, honey, cardamom powder, cold milk and grind it. Now you will put in the glass and decorate the mango pieces with pieces and chopped dryfruits.

Method: First of all, soak almonds and figs in water for 5 to 6 hours. Put oats in ½ cup of milk and will allow 10 minutes to soak in milk.
