He is the pua of Bura, yes you must have eaten many types of pula i.e. Malpua, but today we are telling you how to make a very tasty and easy -to -make boar. Bura’s Pua Recipe

First step- You need normal wheat flour to make a pua. Take 1 cup of wheat flour. Add 1 tbsp of semolina and mix it. Grind a little food fennel and green cardamom in the dough.

Second step- Now mix half 2 tablespoons of fresh binned curd in the flour and prepare a smooth solution like Puye by adding water. Keep in mind that the solution should not be too thin nor too thick.

Third step- If a thin solution is made, the pues will start spreading and the batter will be shattered in the entire oil. If the solution is more thick, then the pues will become quite thick. The bureau of the boar makes thin and kisses from the edge. You put them in desi ghee and bake small puage.

Fourth step- All the pues have to be removed by faded like this. Now take the boora in a plate and when the coated pua is lightly hot, put them on the boora. Wrap the boora on the pu with the hand or a spoon with the help of a spoon. Similarly, wrap all the puage in the boar.

Fifth step- Keep in mind that you have to eat these pues. This will make the taste of the puage light crispy and will make it look very tasty to eat. You will also forget the taste of Malpua in front of the taste of these boys.

Sixth step- When a guest comes to the house, make these pues and feed. By the way, these boys are made on Teej and Rakshabandhan. You can use them as a sweet dish. Children will also like the taste of Burels.
