The blessings of monsoon are not going to stop in Rajasthan yet. According to the Meteorological Department, heavy rain will continue in many districts for the next 12 hours. After this, the weather may clear for some time, but a new circulation system is likely to become active from August 3 , which may intensify the rain again.

• Jaipur: There is a possibility of moderate to heavy rain in these districts .

Two Week Forecast

• First week : Heavy and intense rain
• Second week : Decrease in the intensity of rain
• From August 3 : Possibility of heavy rains, waterlogging and traffic disruption again in eastern Rajasthan

Record breaking rain in July

• The entire state received 413.1 mm of rain , which is 91% more than normal
• Taranagar in Churu recorded the highest rainfall of 185 mm
• Jaisalmer had the highest temperature of 35.5°C , Dungarpur had the lowest temperature of 17.1°C
