UPTET 2025: Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission (UPESSC) has announced the date of Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test 2025. According to a notice from the commission, the Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test will be held on January 29 and 30, 2026.

The notification of Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test 2025 will be released on the official website updeled.gov.in. Along with the application form. The complete schedule of the examination and subsequent recruitment will be announced soon.

UP TGT PGT Exam Date: Note the date of UP PGT-TGT

Along with this, the commission has also announced the dates of TGT and PGT examinations. According to the notice issued by the commission, the UP exam for Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT) will be held on December 18 and 19, 2025, while the exam for Post Graduate Teachers (PGT) will be held on October 15 and 16.

UPTET 2025 Exam Pattern: UP TET Exam Pattern
The UPTET 2025 exam consists of two papers - Paper 1 for teaching eligibility for classes 1-5 and Paper 2 for teaching eligibility for classes 6-8. The UP TGT exam is for recruitment of teachers for classes 6-10. Candidates who qualify the UP PGT exam will be eligible to teach in classes 11 and 12. The exam will include the following subjects:

Child Development and Pedagogy
Language 1
Language 2
Mathematics

Candidates will have Environmental Studies (EVS) as a compulsory subject for Paper 1. For Paper 2, candidates can choose from Mathematics and Science, or Social Studies.

After the conduct of the UPTET 2025 exam, the board will release the preliminary answer key. Candidates will file objections regarding the answer key. The authority will release the final answer key after considering all the objections received. The result is prepared on the basis of the final answer key only.
