- Gram flour – 1 cup
- Rice flour – 2 table spoon (for crispy texture)
- Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
- chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
- Celery – 1/2 tsp
- Baking soda – a pinch
- Green chilly – 1 finely chopped
- Salt – In taste
- Oil – To fry

First of all, add gram flour, rice flour, turmeric, red chili powder, celery, salt and baking soda in a bowl.

Now prepare a smooth batter by mixing water slowly. But remember that the batter is neither too thin nor too thick.

Now dip the paneer pieces in the prepared solution and coat it well.
Step 4:
Now heat the oil in a pan and put the pieces of cheese immersed in the solution slowly in hot oil.

Now bake them on low flame till it becomes golden and crispy from all sides.

After this, remove the cheese pakoras on the tissue paper so that extra oil is removed. Now your hot cheese pakoras are ready. Serve them with tea.

- Serve the cheese pakoras with green coriander chutney or tomato sauce.
