  • 1 cup Vegetable Broth (vegetable broth)
  • 1/2 cup Cream (Fresh cream or home cream)
  • 2 Lamps Butter (You can use any cooking oil)
  • 1 big spoon Oil
  • 1 spoon Deson mustard (If you don’t have you, you can leave it, but it tastes very good)

  • freshly ground black pepper In taste

  1. First step: MushroomFirst of all, wash your mushrooms thoroughly so that the soil and dirt on them out. Then, cut them into thin slices using a sharp knife. They will cook evenly by cutting the mushrooms in an uniform size.
  2. Second phase: Onion and garlicKeep the pan or pan on medium flame. Add butter and oil to it. When the butter melts, add finely chopped onion and fry until it becomes light pink. It will take about 3-4 minutes. Keep stirring onion continuously so that it does not burn. When the onion turns light pink, add finely chopped garlic to it and fry for about a minute until it starts getting good fragrance. Keep in mind that do not fry garlic too much, otherwise it can be bitter.

  5. Fourth phase: FlourWhen the mushrooms are well roasted, slow down the heat and add maida to the pan. Mix the flour well with mushrooms and onions and fry for about a minute. By doing this, the rawness of the maida will come out and the sauce will be thick. Keep in mind that do not fry the maida too much, otherwise it can burn.Keep stirring the flour continuously so that it does not stick to the bottom of the pan and mix well with all the ingredients. You will see a light dry layer that will coat mushrooms and onions.
  6. Fifth phase: Pouring vegetable brothNow slowly add vegetable broths and keep stirring continuously so that no kernels are made. After adding the broth, increase the heat slightly and let the mixture boil. After the boil, slow down the heat again and let the sauce be slightly thick. It will take about 5-7 minutes. Keep stirring the sauce continuously so that it does not stick to the bottom of the pan. You will see that as the sauce is cooked, it will become thick. If you feel that the sauce is getting very thick, then you can add a little more vegetable broth.
  7. Sixth phase: Cream and mustard mixWhen the sauce thickens well, slow down the flame and add cream and digon mustard to it. Mix well and cook for about a minute. Keep in mind that after adding the cream, do not boil the sauce too much, otherwise the cream may burst.
  8. Mixing cream will make the sauce even more creamy and delicious. Dzon Mustard will give a slight pungency and depth that will compensate the taste of mushroom very well.
