Ingradients for cashew katli

The most important ingredient will be needed, cashew will be 2 cups or as per the requirement, all the sweets have to be made. Along with this, you will want 100 grams of sugar i.e. half of cashew nuts. Water a quarter cup, one to two teaspoons desi ghee, silver work. A quarter cup will be needed milk powder, it will lead to test inhans.

First dry the cashew nuts and keep it in the fridge for some time. When you grind this, the oil will not come out. After this, the first step is to grind cashew nuts in a mixer grinder and make fine powder. However, you should not run the grinder together, but run it on pulse mode again and again, so that cashew oil is not released.

Second step to make cashew katli

When cashew powder is made, take it out in a bowl and add milk powder to it. Mix both the ingredients well. After this, now add sugar and quarter cup of water in a pan and cook on low flame, until the sugar dissolves completely. After this, check whether a wire syrup has been formed or not. If the syrup is ready, add the prepared powder of cashew nuts to it and cook it while stirring it continuously. Keep the heat very light.

Cashew Katli final step

When the mixture of cashew starts to be thickened, add a little desi ghee in it. During this time, keep stirring the mixture continuously. When it stops sticking exactly, turn off the gas. Apply ghee on the butter paper and add the mixture on it and roll it into the thickness of the barfi. When this mixture cools down, then cut it into barfi shape. After this, you should apply silver work on top, so that it will look exactly like a market. Your cashew katli is ready, which will also be wonderful in taste and will not be adulterated.
