
200 grams dark chocolate
150 grams maida
1 tsp baking powder
200 grams of vanilla sugar
2 eggs
1 yellow part of eggs
4 table spoon coffee
150 grams butter
250 grams of icing sugar
– Preheat the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees. Put kitchen foil in the middle of a pan or baking dish and to the edges.
– Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it with the help of a boiler. Add flour, baking powder and salt to a bowl.
– Mix butter and sugar for 3 to 5 minutes until it goes light flowers.
– Add eggs as well as yellow part of the egg. Now mix it in melted chocolate and coffee. Now mix this mixture in the flour.
Now put this mixture in the prepared pan or baking dish. Add hedge and spread it lightly.
– Bake the mixture for 25 minutes. Check with the help of a toothpick and see if it is completely baked. The mixture should not remain raw.
After cooling, cut it into any shape. Add icing sugar gently on top. Decorate and serve brownie.
